Yes, I know, I skipped a few days

.68 miles, 120 calories, 2.5 mph, 25 minutes.
I have an appointment with the trainer Thursday at 7:00 to see what I should really be doing!

  1. Marti and I were discussing weight loss. She suggests not ever weighing yourself and getting rid of scales. I know for me, I just might do it. The thing that made me stop working out was the discouragement when the scale stopped going down. I should have relied on how I felt and looked, not how many pounds I was losing.

    Anyway, still GREAT JOB on your exercising! I' super proud of you, Sharon! Please let me know what I can do to encourage you (or what I can do to not discourage you if things like the scale deal above doesn't help).

    Also: I've been waiting for more info on the job. WTHeck?
